For assisted living partners — coming 2027

Psychiatric care that comes to your residents.

We're building a dedicated rounding service for assisted living communities, launching in 2027 — designed around reducing hospital transfers, simplifying medication regimens, and giving your staff and families a clinician they can actually reach. We're meeting with facilities now to shape it.

The problem

Fragmented psychiatric care is expensive.

For your residents — and for your operations.

Rotating providers

Every locum starts from scratch. Residents get re-evaluated instead of managed. Med changes stack up.

Hospital transfers

Behavioral crises escalate when there's no clinician to call. ER visits create billing problems and family stress.

Silent polypharmacy

Complex medication lists rarely get simplified. Falls, delirium, and cognitive decline follow.

What we're building

One clinician. Every visit. Predictable rhythm.

At launch, we'll build a schedule with your facility — typically weekly or biweekly rounding — and Ann will see the same residents each time.

Partnering early

The rounding service launches in 2027, and we're meeting with facilities across Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and Hillsborough counties now. It starts with a 30-minute conversation between your Executive Director or Director of Nursing and Ann — we want to understand how your residents get medical and mental health care today, and what would actually help.

Along the way, we offer free blood pressure screening events for residents of partner facilities — a no-cost way for your staff and residents to meet Ann before the service begins.

Billing at launch

Visits will be billed to the resident's insurance directly — there will be no charge to the facility. We handle credentialing and billing on our end, which is part of why the service begins in 2027.
