A comprehensive 60-minute evaluation with diagnosis and a treatment plan, available to enrolled members. One-time fee; ongoing medication management afterward is included in your membership.
We are currently accepting cash-pay patients only — no insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare at this time. This is a deliberate season for the practice: we're completing credentialing as part of a planned expansion of services, and keeping billing simple lets us keep rates flat and the schedule open in the meantime. You can still use your benefits in two ways:
Prescriptions, labs, and imaging we order can still be billed to your insurance by the pharmacy or facility that provides them.
Medicare and additional service lines are planned as credentialing completes.
Yes — membership is how we keep care continuous and pricing simple. It also means you're never quoted a different price twice.
Appointment cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be billed at 50% of the visit rate. We understand life happens — talk to us if you have a recurring conflict.
Yes, anytime — there's no long-term contract. Just give us notice before your next billing date.
