Ann holds a second board certification in psychiatric mental health — which means concerns like depression, anxiety, insomnia, and cognitive changes are addressed within your primary care membership, by the clinician who already knows your medical history. No referral to a separate office. No second waiting room.

What to expect

Members can add a comprehensive 60-minute evaluation when a concern needs a full workup. Ongoing medication follow-ups after that are included in membership — and they happen with Ann, in the same relationship as the rest of your care.

A dedicated on-site and telehealth rounding service for assisted living communities is on our roadmap for 2027. Residents will receive consistent psychiatric and medical follow-up without leaving their community — from the same clinician, every visit.
